EXPRESS ENTRY

If you speak English or French, have post-secondary education, possess work experience, have arranged employment in Canada, and are looking for opportunities to come to Canada, it is crucial to understand the Express Entry program.

At CROSSLEY LAW our team of highly skilled professionals guide you through the complexities of the Express Entry program, used by to manage economic immigration applications. This includes:

The Federal Skilled Worker Class

The Federal Skilled Trades Class

The Canadian Experience Class

Provincial Nominee Programs

Express Entry operates on a points system, enabling you to receive an invitation to apply for permanent residence if you accumulate enough points. The process involves two main steps:

Creation of an Express Entry Profile: Submit all pertinent information and qualifications to generate your points total. CIC conducts regular draws, and if you qualify, you will receive an invitation to apply (ITA) for permanent residence.

Submission of Your Permanent Residence Application: Provide all supporting documentation to verify the information submitted in your profile.

While the Express Entry program is competitive and sometimes challenging, meeting the criteria typically results in processing permanent residence applications within six months, without a cap on the number of applications. Canada is continuously seeking qualified skilled workers to fill shortages across various skilled worker categories, and Express Entry is an invaluable tool for this purpose.
